This website is operated by Sir Kong Tours & Travel, based in Kampala, Uganda. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda.

Details you send us through our booking and enquiry forms, WhatsApp, email or phone, such as your name, email, phone number, country, travel dates and preferences
Information needed to arrange your trip, such as passport details for permits and flights, and any dietary or medical needs you choose to share
Basic technical information, such as your IP address, used to protect our forms from spam

3. How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes
To book and manage your trip, including permits, accommodation, transport and flights
To contact you about your booking before, during and after your trip
To meet legal and accounting obligations

4. Who we share it with

We only share the information needed to deliver your trip with trusted partners such as the Uganda Wildlife Authority, lodges, airlines and transport providers. We never sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores small preferences in your browser, such as your chosen language and your packing checklist, which never leave your device.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for your trip and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and enquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 24 months.

7. Keeping it safe

We protect your information with password-protected systems and limit access to staff who need it to arrange your trip.

8. Your rights
